• does the factory CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) passed?

  Ningbo Sureway became Sedex member ( member No .S000000034896) since 2010.Year 2011 ,Sureway pass BSCl audit and ISO9001 certificated. Sureway set CSR system for over 10 years,and very familiar with CSR request .

• Development capabilities of the manufacturer?

  Ningbo Sureway develop round 200 new styles each month. and hundreds more styles by using 3D-CAD. We are the 1st manufacturer who apply style3D CAD system successfully in fashion bags industry. Ningbo Sureway is one of 3 outstanding unit which authorized by CLIA (china Leather Industry Association) in " china leather 30 Anniversary "in lady bag industry. 4 national level experts working in ningbo sureway. our factory set master studio and enterprise engineering center authorized by ningbo municipal government .

• Are samples charged?

  to different customer we have different rule. For brand customer ,We offer samples free of charge, customer just need to pay courier charge; for trading company ,we may charge for samples.

• How many days does it take for sampling?

  if material is available, usually we send samples by 7 days. for special case, we even can finish sample within 24 hours. If materials not available in stock, sampling lead time subject to the time materials get ready .

• What is the minimum for order?

  1000 units per SKU is MOQ, but we accept 500 units per SKU. Some time ,MOQ also depend on materials. If Customer more flexible for material and color ,it's more easy to achieve MOQ 500 units .

• is sureway a Manufacturer or trader?

  Ningbo sureway including Ningbo sureway bags co. Ltd. and ningbo Sureway E-Fashion Import and Export co., Ltd. We have our own designing co. ,factory and trading co., so we can give customers best service .We know what customer concerned and wanted.

• who ningbo sureway working with?

  It's not convenient for us to expose our customer information. we can give some brands name who we are cooperating with in personal mail to give you confidence of working with us.

  but we can tell you that we now have business with totally 31 brands all over the world and most of them are famous fashion brands.

• laboratory testing for European and American markets?

  Our main customers are Europe brands, we know laboratory test standard very well for both Europe and United States. We have relation with all big test laboratory and our materials suppliers are big companies in China market. So never need to worry.  But still we suggest less test to reduce the cost.

• payment term?

  we have different rule for different customer. Our basic payment term is deposit + TT against B /L when we just start business. Meanwhile we honor brands payment term ,we just need cutomer show its payment reputation which can prove we can trust on .
