Following the victory of SUREWAY employees who won first and third places in the finals of the first China Leather Industry Skills Competition in 2015, in the just-concluded Second National Leather Industry Skills Competition (Leather Goods Designer) Final on December 23, 2025, SUREWAY's employee won the first place. This is our second national champion win in a total of four national competitions.

A total of 149 contestants participated in this competition. Our two other employees also achieved commendable results, ranking 12th and 15th respectively. The competition evaluated contestants' comprehensive abilities from multiple aspects including theory, creativity, design，pattern making, and production. SUREWAY employees' achievements of ranking 1st, 12th, and 15th fully demonstrate the company's industry standing and its strength in talent cultivation.

In this triennial top industry event, SUREWAY has consistently achieved impressive results.

In the 2018 competition, SUREWAY contestants ranked 5th and 9th, and were awarded the title of 'National Vocational Technical Expert'.

In the 2021 competition, SUREWAY contestants ranked first in practical operation with an overall ranking of 17, and were awarded the title of 'National First-Class Designer'.
